  • To subscribe to the SMS and/or email Services, the User must opt in by providing their mobile number and/or email address to Relief Strategies and confirming consent to receive SMS and/or email communications.
  • By subscribing, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Terms, including any applicable charges as outlined in the “Fees and Charges” section.

2. Fees and Charges

  • For SMS services, message and data rates may apply. Relief Strategies is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User. We advise Users to check with their mobile carrier for applicable fees. Email communications are provided at no charge.

3. Frequency of Messages

  • SMS Communications: The User may receive up to 1-2 SMS messages per week unless otherwise specified.
  • Email Communications: The frequency of email communications may vary and may include updates, newsletters, or other service-related communications.

4. Opt-Out and Unsubscription

  • SMS: The User may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received.
  • Email: The User may opt out of email communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email received or by contacting us directly.
  • Upon receiving an opt-out request, Relief Strategies will promptly stop sending SMS and/or email messages to the User based on their preferences.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

  • Relief Strategies values the privacy of its Users. Information collected for SMS and email communications is used solely for the purpose of delivering requested messages. Collected information may include mobile numbers, email addresses, and related data necessary for Service operation.

6. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

  • We may use services such as Google Analytics and GoHighLevel’s native analytics to monitor the performance of our website and communication services. For more information on data sharing with these services, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Relief Strategies provides SMS and email Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of these Services, including, but not limited to, issues with message transmission, mobile carrier or internet provider errors, or technical problems.
  • The User assumes all risks and responsibility for the use of SMS and email Services. Relief Strategies shall not be held liable for delays or failures in message delivery beyond its control.

8. User Responsibilities

  • By subscribing to SMS and/or email Services, the User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The User is solely responsible for keeping their mobile number and email address updated to receive communications.
  • The User agrees not to use the SMS or email Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Relief Strategies reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying the User by SMS or email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted signifies acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our Online Terms of Service, unless otherwise required by law.
